Authors Information

The papers submitted to ISCE2005 will be formatted to IEEE standards, except that the paper size will be International A4, not American Letter size. Full details of the formatting and submission can be found at the link below:

All submissions must be in PDF format. Details of how to set up Acrobat Distiller, or how to convert from Word format are given in the link below:

They must also fill in an IEEE Copyright Form


Authors must submit their full papers to the Publication Chair before 22 May 2005. This must be done through the web site; please use the same UserID and Password that you used for submitting your abstract. The Paper ID will remain the same.

All final papers will be reviewed once again, so as to meet IEEE publication standards. No paper will be included in the Proceedings unless full payment for registration is made before 22 May 2005. Registration after this date will mean that the paper may be included in the CDROM version of the Proceedings but not the printed version sold by IEEE.
