Student Ambassador Scheme 2006/2007

Aims
  • To encourage students to strive for breakthrough in one's personal growth
  • To turn students into leaders
  • To nurture a service culture among EE students

    Introduction
Some 25 EE students have been selected through interview and have undergone a series of training on leadership and teambuilding, presentation skills, self-leadership and confidence, business etiquette, etc. Training services were provided by Student Development Services, EE Department as well as external professional training body.

To put learnt knowledge into practice, students have been divided into working groups for various activities, namely Adventure Camp, Interflow Exchange Tour, Staff-Student Gathering, High Table Dinner, and EE Marketing Strategic Team. Throughout the event organizing and management process, students are expected to achieve certain goals pre-set by the department. The Scheme is a new initiative. It not only helps enhance sense of belonging to the department, but also encourage students to serve.
