 In 2004, exhibitor participation rose to 293 companies, while visitor numbers reached more than 25,000 from home and abroad for the Chinese electronics industry branch event.  Around 63 percent of exhibitors came from abroad, including the USA, Singapore, Japan and Great Britain. Rows of pavilions for individual countries housed numerous companies from China, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In general, the exhibitors were extremely satisfied with their contact with visitors during the three-day fair. 30 percent of the total 25,000 visitors were decision-makers for their companies.
