                   The Fourth Asia-Pacific Workshop on

                     Chaos Control and Synchronization

              The Chinese Conference on Chaos Applications

                              24-26 August 2007 at Harbin, China

 

Scope:

 

The Fourth Asia-Pacific Workshop on Chaos Control and Synchronization (4th APW-CCS) is organized

by the Centre for Chaos and Complex Networks, City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic

University, co-organized by the China Institute of Atomic Energy and hosted by the Heilongjiang University, China.

 

The workshop is sponsored by the IEEE CAS (Circuits and Systems Society) and the IEEE CAS Nonlinear Circuits

and Systems Technical Committee.

 

The main purpose of this workshop is to bring together some leading researchers and experts worldwide,

especially those from the Asia-Pacific region, to further promote and develop the cutting-edge research on

chaos control and synchronization theories and their engineering applications.

 

Selected papers from this conference, after review, will be published (without page charges) in 2008 in a

Special Issue of the SCI Journal  KYBERNETIKA   *sample paper

Registration Fees:

 

The registration fee for regular participants is US$100 (=RMB$760), which includes one program book

(with paper abstracts), daily lunch and coffee, one banquet, and and a two-day tour to Wudalianchi 五大连池

The registration fee for students is  US$75 (=RMB$560), which includes the same items described above.

 

If attending both of this 4th Asia-Pacific Conference on Chaos Control and Synchronization and the

First Chinese Forum on Chaos Applications, the registration fee for regular participants is US$130

(=RMB$1,000) and for students US$100 (=RMB$760), which include the same items as described above.
