Kwan Sze Long, Lai Chun Kit and Kwan Pui Tik
Controlled solely by an Android phone, the drone finds its target with the phone camera and sensors, finds the target using image processing techniques, and lands intelligently on the target platform, all computed by a suite of apps developed and installed on the phone. When the drone is very far from the landing target, it flies with GPS to the target before invoking the landing app. Furthermore, an Android remote control app is developed to replace the remote console.
