Dr. PENG Gang was born in Jiangxi province, China. He received his B.Sc. degree in the Department of Mathematics in 1993 and received his M.Eng. degree in the Department of Computer and Science in 1998, both in Nankai University, and then received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering of City University of Hong Kong in February 2002. He is currently a Research Fellow in City University of Hong Kong.
