Mr. Peng Wang received the B. E. and M. E. degrees in Communication Engineering from Xidian University, China in 2001 and 2004, respectively; and Ph. D degree in Electronic Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR in 2009. He is currently a Research Staff Member in Electronic Engineering from City University of Hong Kong.
