FINAL SUBMISSIONS

Final submissions must be prepared in PDF format using the following template files:

Papers accepted for oral presentation should not exceed 8 pages in length. Poster papers, demonstration session papers and design competition posters should not exceed 4 pages in length. Extra pages should purchased at registration time. In addition, please DO NOT write the page numbers in the final submission.

In addition, extra pages CANNOT exceed 2 for the full, posters and special session papers. All other categories of papers such as Demo are not allowed to have extra pages.

Please perform the following steps to submit your camera-ready manuscript:

  1. Convert your document to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF document.
  2. Sign and send the electronic copyright form.
  3. Submit your IEEE Xplore-compatible camera-ready PDF document.

Note: Please complete each of these steps - the conference organizers will not be responsible if your paper is omitted from the proceedings, is not available online on IEEE- Xplore, or is subject to additional processing costs, if these steps are not performed.

Step 1: Convert your document to be IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF

Please use the Template above strictly, and convert your manuscript to PDF document.

Note: FPT'10 decides to cooperate with IEEE Beijing Section instead of IEEE eXpress. IEEE Beijing Section and the publication agent can ensure the publication format. So we can submit the PDF paper directly generated by the template (word or latex).

Step 2: Sign and Send the Electronic Copyright Form

FPT10 requires users to submit the IEEE eCF, a fully digital version of the IEEE Copyright Form. Please download, print and fill in the Copyright Form, including the paper title and author names. Then sign the signature, scan to the PDF format (file name: nnn.pdf, replace nnn with your paper ID number), and then submit the PDF file on your START system:

Step 3: Submit Camera-Ready PDF Document

Log in the START system with your ID and Password, and then submit your PDF Document file by START system.

Note: Please complete your registeration before October 2, 2010. Otherwise, the paper cannot be printed in the proceedings.
