Over the past 20 years, CityU-EE has built a critical mass in the following research groups:

• Applied Electromagnetics and Wireless Communications

• Optoelectronics and Solid State Devices

• Control Systems and Power Electronics

• Computer Engineering

• Information Engineering

 

To capitalize on the strengths and achievements of the above research groups, the following research centres have been established:
