Express the following system in augmented matrix form and find an equivalent upper-triangular system and the solution.

x1 + 2x2 + x3 + 4x4 = 13

2x1 + 4x3 + 3x4 = 28 (2.3)

4x1 + 2x2 + 2x3 + x4 = 20

-3x1 + x2 + 3x3 + 2x4 = 6
