Presenters/Authors must complete their registration for the conference on 31 May 2021 (GMT+8) or before.

Registration Fees
- Please find the above chart for details of registration fees.
- All registered and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Authors may choose not to publish the paper on IEEE if necessary.
- For paper presenters, registration fee is required.
- For online participants who do not have any papers, they do not need to register and may join the conference without charging any fee.
Confirmation of Registration
- Once payment has been confirmed, a confirmation will be sent via email.
- Please include and state the email address clearly during the registration process.
Cancellations and Refunds
- There is no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation.
