Paper Format

Language used English only
Paper size The format for the manuscript must satisfy the requirements as described in paper template MS Word.
Page limit At least TWO, up to THREE A4 pages including figures (no page number included)
File format Electronic submissions must meet IEEE Xplore specifications, including embedding of all fonts in PDF format

PDF Conversion

All paper submissions must be electronic, using IEEE Xplore compliant PDF format (*.pdf). A failure to do so may result in rejection of the paper.

Authors can use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate compliant PDF files. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.

Paper Submission

Please follow the steps below for paper submission:

  1. Login the EDAS paper submission system
  2. Choose Paper Type (Regular/Invited/Special Sessions)
  3. Enter "title of paper" and "paper abstract" and choose "topics"
  4. Add authors
  5. Upload Review manuscript

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the CSRSWTC2021 Technical Program Committee (TPC).

A confirmation will be sent to the author’s email address immediately after successful paper submission.

Final Paper Submission

When your paper has been accepted, you are required to submit your Final Paper.

To submit your Final Paper, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Login the Paper Submission System
  2. Choose "Paper Number"
  3. Upload Copyright Form*
  4. Upload Final manuscript

* Please download and fill out the IEEE Copyright form and sign it. A signed IEEE copyright form or URSI Publication Agreement must accompany all submissions. Paper submitted without copyright forms will be rejected.


All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

CSRSWTC 2021 Prizes

Papers presented will be judged by Awards Committee, and the authors of selected best papers will be awarded CSRSWTC 2021 Prizes and CSRSWTC 2021 Student Paper Prizes.
