Title Wideband / Reconfigurable Millimeter-Wave Integrated Circuits and Antennas for Phase Array Application Abstract Phased array is highly demanded in mobile communications and satellite communicaitons. Beamformer integrated circuits (ICs) play an important role in phased arrays. To design phased arrays operating at various bands, wideband or reconfigurable beamformer ICs are required. In this talk, wideband millimeter-wave CMOS integrated circuits will be introduced which simultaneously operate at serveral opearting bands. Then, reconfigurable CMOS integrated circuits will be presented, which can be tuned to operate at different bands. Finally, wideband and reconfigurable millimeter-wave antennas in package will be presented.
