Prof Henry Chung, Professor of EE, has received 2015 Second Prize Paper Award which was presented by The Renewable and Sustainable Energy Conversion Systems of the IEEE Industry Applications Society. The winning paper, co-authored with his research staff, Mr ZHOU Rui and PhD graduate, Ms ZHANG Ruihong, is titled “Inductive Power Transfer System for Driving Multiple LED Lighting Panels” and was presented at the 2014 Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, which is a premier global conference covering topics in energy conversion from electric machines, power electronics, drives, devices and applications existing and emergent.
