Ir Prof Kwai Man LUK, Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering (HKAE) and Chair Professor of EE, has been elected the President of the Academy.
This appointment reflects his standing as a distinguished scholar and leader in the engineering community. In his new role, Prof Luk will guide the Academy’s efforts to advance engineering excellence, foster innovation, and promote the development of Hong Kong as an international center for innovation and technology.
His leadership at HKAE will also contribute to strengthening connections between academia, industry, and the wider community, supporting both the advancement of engineering in Hong Kong and the continued development of our department.
