毫米波國家重點實驗室（香港城市大學夥伴實驗室）所研發的第五代移動通信天線和陣列
將來臨的第五代移動通信的關鍵特徵之一是使用毫米波中的免授權頻段。實驗室在中央和香港特區政府的支持下聯合珠江三角洲的企業以研發印刷電路板，LTCC和3D打印的毫米波天線及陣列。相關技術發明獲授予2011年度國家技術發明獎（二等獎），而實驗室成員陸貴文教授亦獲得2017年IEEE APS約翰·克勞斯天線獎。實驗室已開發更具前瞻性的天線研究，包括運行在1THz的天線陣列。
