All the participants enjoyed the sharing and found it’s very useful as this is an opportunity to enhance their understanding about career prospects as well as make better plans for their near future.

It was a great opportunity for them to get in touch with the actual working environment like routine operation of IT industry through this activity. All of the participants found the visit valuable and meaningful. Green Tomato (GT) is a Hong Kong based innovation consultancy that provided mobile application services to a variety of industries like KFC, Pizza Hut, HSBC, etc.

To tackle these pressing subjects, City University of Hong Kong, Campus France and the Consulate General of France, in partnership with four leading French higher education institutions (Grenoble Ecole de Management; ISC Paris; Nantes-Atlantic National College of Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Engineering; and Centrale Nantes), will organise two panels to discuss biotechnology and the contributions of veterinary medicine & engineering to the ”One Health” approach.
A focus on related new job opportunities, key skills for tomorrow’s One Health leaders and relevant academic training opportunities will be introduced throughout the debates and Q&A sessions.

It aims to outline scope of TA duties and expectation, departmental policy, and the needs of TA training during the PhD studies. PhD student with good TA performance was also invited to share with peers the good practices for carrying out TA duties.
We do hope that the information would facilitate parents to walk through the university journey with their children. Responses from parents were very encouraging, 90 some participants joined the parallel sessions hosted by Dr Andy Chan, Dr Leanne Chan and Prof Henry Chung on the day. Two graduates, Mr Kenni Mew (2012 CE graduate) and Miss Rica Ng (2020 INFE graduate), also joined us to share their learning experiences in EE and their career development to parents.
During the meeting, special teaching arrangement under COVID situation, student learning support, laboratory safety and upcoming grant opportunities were highlighted and discussed.
