Mr Hui Kam Leung (INFE, Yr-3) together with students from Computer Science and Information Systems, were the Runners-up in PwC's HackaDay 2018. Dr Ray Cheung has served as the mentor to help interested students to form the team for joining the competition.
It’s the second year for PwC to organize such a competition where undergraduate students from local universities competed in a 6-hour hacking session on skills and knowledge related to IoT, web, network and binary. It aims to increase the general awareness of the importance of cybersecurity amongst Hong Kong’s youth, who will eventually become the pillars of our society. HackaDay also serves as a platform to raise the competency level of new talents to better prepare them for a meaningful career in cybersecurity.
