Note: *IEEE Membership number is required to qualify for the respective rates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration Fees
- The registration fee for IEEE Member, IEEE Life Member and Non-IEEE member has covered 2 accepted papers. If you need to register more than 2 papers, extra fee will be charged.
- The registration fee for IEEE student member & non-IEEE student member has covered 1 accepted paper. If you need to register more than 1 paper, extra fee will be charged.
- All registered and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xpore.
- For paper presenters, registration fee is required.
- For participants who do not have any papers, they do not need to register and may join the conference without charging any fee.
Confirmation of Registration
- Once payment has confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- Please include and state your email address clearly during the registration process.
Cancellations and Refunds
- There is no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation.
Note: Acceptance notification will be sent on 30 September 2020. The registration link will be sent after the acceptance notification email is received by participants. Presenters/Authors must complete their registration for the conference by the end of 14 October 2020 (GMT+8).
