The Department partnered with four overseas universities for the Summer Exchange Programme this year. They offered EE-related courses along with company visits, local field trips and cultural activities for our 50 EE students. In parallel, we ran our on-campus-residential summer programme during 5 July 2019 – 10 August 2019 to receive 57 overseas students of our exchange partners. Themed “Remote Controlled Land Hovercraft”, the training was conducted on combined lecture-laboratory basis. Students built a mini land hovercraft from scratch, starting from circuit and signal design, 3D printing, wireless control to Android programming.
It was really fun to everyone!
